This is a edgy fast paced short film about a self made very successful business man nmd Derrick Emily. His rise to the top of South Florida's business elite is met with suspicion and unfortunate intrigue that seems to follow Derrick wherever he goes. His life is turned upside down when a business deal goes horribly wrong; the mysterious murder of his business patrner & Lawyer, and a questionable merger with an international tycoon, comes under suspicion of local and federal law enforcement. Hidden Agendas takes you on a journey of murder, lies, deceit, adultery, jealously and corruption that will leave you on the edge of your seat.

Quinton Mack, Director of “ Hidden Agendas” I am inspired in all aspects of filmmaking, as I study it in purest form from a visual, audio, and a storytelling fundamental format. The art of blending all these elements together into one is the true essence of what makes directing a true art form. In the making of “Hidden Agendas” the vision came to me around November 2010 around Thanksgiving time I remember. The elements that Hidden Agendas have are elements that take place in our society every day, murder, lies, deceit, adultery, jealously and corruption all wrapped into one package.

My intent was hopefully for each viewer to be able to watch the film and walk away with their own interpretation of what the film's message was trying to deliver as I intentionally left a lot of elements in the film open for interpretation so that the viewer's mind can come to his or her own conclusion. Each person takes something different out of each film they watch and that's an essential core that I as a Director uses to my advantage. I want to make films that have a message and a purpose as well as challenging the viewer to interpret my message I was trying to convey in my film in their own image.
